1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service apply to the Perham Pressure Washing LLC website, www.perhampw.com, and services purchased from us when these terms are provided and accepted as part of the booking process. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Perham Pressure Washing LLC. “You” refers to the customer or authorized property representative.

A quote request does not create a service commitment. The accepted written quote or service agreement identifies the work authorized. If a specific provision in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the specific agreement controls, subject to applicable law.

Christmas Lights By PPW services are subject to their separate holiday lighting agreement and terms.

2. Services and Estimates

Services may include pressure washing, soft washing, house and roof cleaning, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, concrete and paver care, wood cleaning and staining, commercial exterior cleaning, and snow or ice dam removal. Only services listed in your accepted quote are included.

Estimates depend on the information available when prepared. If measurements, property conditions, access, or requested work differ from the estimate, we will explain any proposed change and obtain your approval before performing additional billable work.

3. Scheduling and Weather

Appointment dates and arrival times may change because of weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or unexpected delays. We will communicate scheduling changes as reasonably possible. Some treatments require suitable temperatures, drying time, or multiple visits.

We may pause or reschedule work if conditions create an unreasonable risk to people or property.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You must have authority to approve work at the property and provide safe access to the agreed work areas. Unless we agree otherwise, provide access to a working water source and any other utilities identified in your quote.

Before service, close windows and doors, secure pets, and move vehicles, furniture, decorations, and fragile items away from work areas. Tell us about leaks, loose siding, damaged seals, exposed electrical components, fragile finishes, drainage problems, or other known conditions that may affect the work. Keep people and pets clear of active work areas and follow any aftercare instructions provided.

5. Surface Conditions and Results

We select cleaning methods appropriate to the surfaces and conditions observed. Results vary with material, age, maintenance history, staining, and existing damage.

Cleaning may reveal oxidation, faded paint, deterioration, or other conditions previously hidden by dirt or organic growth. Rust, oil, mineral deposits, oxidation, and deeply embedded stains may require a separate treatment and may not be completely removable.

Cleaning does not repair structural damage, defective coatings, failed seals, or drainage problems. Roof treatments may require time and natural weathering for remaining organic material to release. Snow and ice removal cannot guarantee that leaks will stop or that ice will not return.

We will discuss identified concerns and relevant treatment limitations with you. These explanations do not excuse damage caused by our failure to exercise reasonable care.

6. Payment

The accepted quote or service agreement states pricing, payment deadlines, and any required deposit. Applicable taxes and any lawful payment processing charges will be disclosed before you authorize payment.

Cancellation charges, late fees, recurring commitments, or other additional charges apply only when disclosed in advance, agreed to, and permitted by law.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Contact us as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule. Any deposit or cancellation policy will be stated in your accepted agreement. If we cancel and cannot arrange a mutually acceptable replacement appointment, we will refund payments for services we have not provided.

Contact us promptly with concerns about completed work. We will review the concern and discuss an appropriate correction or other resolution based on the circumstances and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits any nonwaivable consumer rights.

8. Property Concerns and Damage

Report suspected service-related damage as soon as reasonably possible, with photos and a description when available. We may request reasonable access to inspect and address the concern.

Responsibility for damage will be evaluated based on the circumstances and applicable law. We do not disclaim responsibility for our negligence or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Text Messaging Terms

Program name: Perham Pressure Washing LLC Text Messages.

If you opt in, we may send SMS or MMS messages about quote requests, appointments, service updates, confirmations, invoices, and customer support. If you separately consent to marketing, we may also send promotional messages about offers, discounts, and services. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. Agreeing to these terms or providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in marketing texts.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP to a message to unsubscribe from the messaging program. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. To enroll again, complete a new opt-in through our business.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text message delivery is not guaranteed. Contact us directly for time-sensitive scheduling or service concerns.

Provide a mobile number you are authorized to use and notify us if your number changes. Opting out of texts does not cancel a service appointment, contract, or payment obligation.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. Mobile numbers and text messaging consent information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide necessary information to service providers that help us operate our messaging program, subject to appropriate restrictions.

11. Website Use

Use our website lawfully. Do not submit false information, interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, or copy our original website content for commercial use without permission.

12. Changes and Applicable Law

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. Changes do not retroactively alter an existing accepted service agreement without agreement or as otherwise permitted by law.

Minnesota law governs these terms, except where other applicable laws require otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Estimates and scheduling

Quotes are based on the property details provided and are valid for the current season. Install dates are reserved in the order deposits are received and may shift for severe weather.

Lighting rentals

Unless purchased outright, lights and hardware remain the property of Perham Pressure Washing. Seasonal pricing includes installation, in-season repairs, takedown and off-season storage.

In-season service

We repair failed sections and bulbs at no additional charge during the lit season. Damage caused by third parties, animals or customer alteration may be billed separately.

Property care

We install using clips designed for shingles and gutter lips. We are fully insured. Pre-existing damage, loose gutters or deteriorated surfaces are documented before work begins.

Payment and cancellation

Balances are due upon completion of installation. Cancellations made before materials are cut are refunded in full, less any deposit already applied to custom fabrication.
